Jordan Anoma

Jordan is a founding partner of Liberia Climate Solutions, where he helps unlock Liberia’s natural potential for climate and community impact. With roots in Liberia and professional experience across Africa, he is dedicated to building projects that protect forests, strengthen communities, and position Liberia as a leader in global carbon markets. Trained at the Wharton School and Lauder Institute, Jordan brings a strong background in finance, investment, and strategy, having managed multi-million-dollar portfolios in the U.S. and advised companies in West Africa. At LCS, he focuses on ensuring that carbon projects not only generate credible climate benefits but also deliver real value for Liberian communities - from sustainable jobs and clean energy access to protecting land rights and livelihoods. Jordan’s vision is simple: to demonstrate that climate action and community prosperity go hand in hand.

Who We Are

Founded in 2024, LCS is a Liberia-first climate advisory and delivery firm. We turn policy into working systems and projects by designing governance, building MRV and registries, onboarding operators, and managing execution on the ground. Pragmatic and independent, we align national goals with private investment while keeping control and value in-country.

Values

Integrity • Empathy • Impact • Collaboration • Trust

How We Work

Listen & align — We take time to understand the needs of all stakeholders, engage them in dialogue, and map national priorities so that everyone is working toward a clearly defined and shared outcome.

Design & de-risk
— We create governance frameworks, data systems, and financing pathways that are transparent, practical, and resilient, ensuring that Liberia’s climate programs can stand up to both domestic and international scrutiny.

Deliver & document — We oversee execution from start to finish, provide rigorous reporting, and transfer knowledge so that capacity is strengthened and remains embedded within Liberia’s institutions.
